Surveillance cameras have certainly changed how we handle spook searches, but there are still a number of things that can go awry and result in sketchy findings. And that brings us to both of these stories today. The first is of an “apparition” recorded by a driveway camera. There have been comments that the figure appears Victorian (in Mississippi – think about that), but it looks more like a woman in modern outdoor wear in our opinion. And what of this next story, Security Camera Films Full-Bodied Apparition Manifesting Inside Missouri Store? Looks an awful lot like a man in dress clothes, like a store manager. The moral to these stories? Check your shutter speed folks, or switch to infrared. You’re doing a great job of creating ghostly stories but a lousy job of finding actual ghosts. (CM)
