Longtime Roswell researcher and collaborator with Don Schmitt on several Roswell-themed books Tom Carey reflects with former colleague Kevin Randle on that work. Tom’s reasons for leaving the Roswell scene include a serious vaccine reaction and the fact that Roswell’s firsthand “witness-well” has gone dry—though Kevin brings up a very recent “wrinkle” in the case. There are also two long-delayed “new” projects Tom would like to tackle, finally—one being about World War II; the other a cryptid—so hopefully he’s not completely withdrawing from the scene. Tom and Kevin discuss their “ups and downs” during the Roswell quest, how Tom got interested in UFOs in the first place, and his latest book. (WM)
